2. collection and storage of personal data as well as the type and purpose of such data and their use

When visiting the website

During the mere informative use of the website www.dxfacture.com , i.e. if you do not transmit information to us in any other way, information is automatically sent to the server of our website by the browser used on your end device. This information is temporarily stored in a so-called log file. The following information is collected without your intervention and stored until automated deletion:

  • IP address of the requesting computer
  • Date and time of access,
  • Time zone difference from Greenwich Mean Time /GMT),
  • Name and URL of the retrieved file,
  • Access status/HTTP status code,
  • respective transmitted data end,
  • Website from which the access is made (referrer URL),
  • Browser used,
  • the operating system of your computer and its interface,
  • the name of your access provider and
  • Language and version of the browser software.

The above data will be processed by us for the following purposes:

  • Ensuring a smooth connection of the website,
  • Ensuring a comfortable use of our website,
  • Evaluation of system security and stability, and
  • for other administrative purposes.

The legal basis for data processing is Art. 6 para. 1 p. 1 lit. f DS-GVO. Our legitimate interest follows from the purposes for data collection listed above. In no case do we use the collected data for the purpose of drawing conclusions about your person.

In addition, we use cookies and analysis services when you visit our website. We distinguish between technically necessary cookies and those that serve statistical collection and optimisation. The latter are only used if you have consented to them. You can find more detailed explanations on this in sections 4 and 5 of this data protection declaration. 

When using our contact form

If you have any questions, we offer you the possibility of contacting us via a form provided on the website. It is necessary to provide a valid e-mail address and a surname so that we know who the enquiry is from and can answer it. Further information can be provided voluntarily. 

Data processing for the purpose of contacting us is carried out in accordance with Art. 6 para. 1 p. 1 lit. a DS-GVO on the basis of your voluntarily given consent. 

The personal data collected by us for the use of the contact form will be automatically deleted after completion of your request.

3. disclosure of data

Your personal data will not be transferred to third parties for purposes other than those listed below.

We will only share your personal information with third parties if:

  • you have given your express consent in accordance with Art. 6 para. 1 p. 1 lit. a DS-GVO,
  • the disclosure is necessary in accordance with Art. 6 (1) p. 1 lit. f DS-GVO to protect our legitimate interests or those of a third party, unless your interests or fundamental rights and freedoms requiring the protection of personal data are overridden, in particular for the assertion, exercise or defence of legal claims, and there is no reason to assume that you have an overriding interest worthy of protection in the non-disclosure of your data,
  • in the event that there is a legal obligation for the disclosure pursuant to Art. 6 para. 1 sentence 1 lit. c DS-GVO, as well as
  • this is legally permissible and necessary according to Art. 6 para. 1 p. 1 lit. b DS-GVO for the processing of contractual relationships with you.

In some cases, we use external service providers to process your data. These have been carefully selected and commissioned by us, are bound by our instructions and are regularly monitored.

4. cookies

We use cookies on our website. These are small files that are automatically created by your browser and stored on your end device (laptop, tablet, smartphone or similar) when you visit our site. Cookies do not cause any damage to your end device and do not contain any viruses, Trojans or other malware.

Information is stored in the cookie that arises in connection with the specific end device used. However, this does not mean that we gain direct knowledge of your identity. 

The use of cookies serves on the one hand to make the use of our offer more pleasant for you. We use so-called session cookies to recognise that you have already visited individual pages of our website. These are automatically deleted after you leave our site.

In addition, we also use temporary cookies to optimise user-friendliness, which are stored on your end device for a certain fixed period of time. If you visit our site again to use our services, it is automatically recognised that you have already been with us and which entries and settings you have made so that you do not have to enter them again.

On the other hand, we use cookies to statistically record the use of our website and to evaluate it for the purpose of optimising our offer for you (see 5.). These cookies enable us to automatically recognise that you have already visited our website when you visit it again. These cookies are automatically deleted after a defined period of time.

The data processed by cookies is necessary for the aforementioned purposes to protect our legitimate interests and those of third parties in accordance with Art. 6 (1) sentence 1 lit. f DS-GVO.

The tracking measures listed below and used by us are carried out on the basis of Art. 6 (1) sentence 1 lit. a DS-GVO, insofar as consent is required and has been granted by you, as well as Art. 6 (1) sentence 1 lit. f DS-GVO. With the tracking measures used, we want to ensure a needs-based design and the ongoing optimisation of our website. On the other hand, we use the tracking measures to statistically record the use of our website and to evaluate it for the purpose of optimising our offer for you. These interests are to be regarded as legitimate within the meaning of the aforementioned provision.

Google Analytics

  1. This website uses Google Analytics for web analytics. This is a service provided by GoogleIreland Limited ("Google"), a company incorporated and operated under the laws of Ireland (registration number: 368047) with its registered office at Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland ("Google"). Google Analytics uses so-called "cookies" (see 4.) which are stored on your computer and which enable an analysis of your use of the website. The information generated by the cookie about your use of the website will be transmitted to and stored by Google on servers in the United States. In the event that IP anonymisation is activated on this website, your IP address will, however, be pre-shortened by Google during transmission and storage on a Google server in the USA within member states of the European Union or in other contracting states to the Agreement on the European Economic Area. Only in exceptional cases will the full IP address be transmitted to a Google server in the USA and shortened there. On behalf of the operator of this website, Google will use this information for the purpose of evaluating your use of the website, compiling reports on website activity and providing other services relating to website activity and internet usage to the website operator.

  4. This website uses Google Analytics with the extension "_anonymizeIp()". This means that IP addresses are processed in a shortened form, which means that it is not possible to relate the data to a specific person. If the data collected about you is related to a person, this is immediately excluded and the personal data is deleted immediately.
  5. We use Google Analytics to analyse and regularly improve the use of our website. The statistics obtained enable us to improve our offer and make it more interesting for you as a user. For the exceptional cases in which personal data is transferred to the USA, Google has submitted to the EU-US Privacy Shield, https://www.privacyshield.gov/EU-US-Framework. The legal basis for the use of Google Analytics is Art. 6 (1) sentence 1 lit. f DS-GVO or, if consent is required and you have given it, Art. 6 (1) sentence 1 lit. a DSGVO.

6. google web fonts

On this website, we use so-called web fonts provided by Google for the uniform display of fonts. When you access a website, your browser loads the necessary web fonts into your browser cache in order to display texts and fonts correctly.

For this purpose, the browser you use must connect to Google's servers. This enables Google to know that your IP address has been used to access our website. Google Web Fonts are used in the interest of a uniform and appealing presentation of our online offers. This represents a legitimate interest within the meaning of Art. 6(1)(f) DSGVO.

They have the right:

  • to request information about your personal data processed by us in accordance with Art. 15 DS-GVO. In particular, you can request information about the processing purposes, the category of personal data, the categories of recipients to whom your data has been or will be disclosed, the planned storage period, the existence of a right to rectification, erasure, restriction of processing or objection, the existence of a right of complaint, the origin of your data if it has not been collected by us, as well as the existence of automated decision-making, including profiling, and, if applicable, meaningful information about its details;
  • to request the correction of incorrect or incomplete personal data stored by us without delay in accordance with Art. 16 DS-GVO;
  • to request the deletion of your personal data stored by us in accordance with Art. 17 DS-GVO, unless the processing is necessary for the exercise of the right to freedom of expression and information, for compliance with a legal obligation, for reasons of public interest or for the assertion, exercise or defence of legal claims;
  • to request the restriction of the processing of your personal data in accordance with Art. 18 DS-GVO, insofar as the accuracy of the data is disputed by you, the processing is unlawful, but you object to its deletion and we no longer require the data, but you need it for the assertion, exercise or defence of legal claims or you have objected to the processing in accordance with Art. 21 DS-GVO;
  • pursuant to Art. 20 DS-GVO to receive your personal data that you have provided to us in a structured, common and machine-readable format or to request the transfer to another controller;
  • revoke your consent at any time in accordance with Art. 7 (3) DS-GVO. This has the consequence that we may no longer continue the data processing based on this consent for the future, and
  • You have the right to complain to a supervisory authority in accordance with Art. 77 DS-GVO. As a rule, you can contact the supervisory authority of your usual place of residence or workplace or our registered office.

If your personal data is processed on the basis of legitimate interests pursuant to Art. 6 (1) sentence 1 lit. fDS-GVO, you have the right to object to the processing of your personal data pursuant to Art. 21 DS-GVO, insofar as there are grounds for doing so that arise from your particular situation or the objection is directed against direct advertising. In the latter case, you have a general right of objection, which is implemented by us without specifying a particular situation.

9. data security

We use the widespread SSL procedure (Secure Socket Layer) in connection with the highest encryption level supported by your browser when visiting the website. As a rule, this is 256-bit encryption. If your browser does not support 256-bit encryption, we use 128-bit v3 technology instead. You can see whether an individual page of our website is encrypted when the key or lock symbol is closed in the address or lower status bar of your browser.

We also use appropriate technical and organisational security measures to protect your data against accidental or intentional manipulation, partial or complete loss, destruction or against unauthorised access by third parties. Our security measures are continuously improved in line with technological developments.
